My background includes experience counseling businesses regarding
corporate, trademark, contractual, and employment related issues.
Additionally, while the current focus of my practice is representing
management, I have represented employees in employment discrimination
matters (disability, age, and race/ethnicity), wage claims, and
negotiation of severance agreements.
My law practice is concentrated in the following fields:
